Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

All of our services are coded and compliant for reimbursement. However, we only accept and submit claims to Medicare. If you have insurance coverage, we’ll provide a detailed receipt (called a Superbill) you can submit to your insurance company. Any reimbursement will be sent directly to you.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes, we accept and bill traditional Medicare and Medicare supplemental insurance. We do not accept Medicare Advantage or Medicare Replacement plans.

What techniques do you use?

Our doctors specialize in Neurospinal Corrective Care, using a blend of manual and instrument-assisted techniques. Every adjustment is tailored to your individual needs. We continuously train in the latest clinical methods to ensure you receive the highest standard of care.

What is the earliest my child can be adjusted?

The sooner the better. The birth process can place significant stress on a baby’s nervous system. Gentle neurospinal care helps their body adapt, develop, and thrive from the start. Newborns can be checked and adjusted safely at birth.

Will I be sore after my adjustment?

You might. It’s common to feel a temporary soreness, similar to how your body might feel after starting a new workout. As your nervous system adapts and healing begins, soreness typically subsides within the first few visits.

Can I pay for my adjustments as I come in for them, instead of a monthly plan?

Correction isn't achieved in a single visit. Achieving this requires a series of consistent adjustments. That’s why we offer personalized care plans designed to correct the root cause, not just manage symptoms. To make care accessible, we offer flexible payment options, including monthly payment plans.

Will I get adjusted on my visit?

Not usually. Your first visit is focused on gathering the right information—your health history, neurospinal scans, and imaging if necessary—so we can understand the full picture. Our doctors then analyze everything in detail to craft a care plan that’s personalized and precise. You’ll receive your results and recommendations during your Report of Findings, typically within 24 hours.

If you’re in severe pain or have urgent needs, please let us know in advance. We’ll make every effort to support you appropriately.
